Who We Are
fish band! is a New Orleans-based shoegaze group featuring Aidan Pilley (guitar), Otis Curry-Miller (guitar), Hayley Hutchinson (bass), and Gabriel Lancia (drums). Their sound merges classic shoegaze influences with a modern, evolving approach, blending elements of cold wave, post-punk, and slowcore. Inspired by iconic acts like My Bloody Valentine, Cocteau Twins, and Slowdive, they also draw from contemporary artists such as Whirr, Feeble Little Horse, Slow Pulp, and Wednesday. Always pushing boundaries, fish band! delivers a fresh take on the genre while staying rooted in its dreamy, atmospheric core.
